For the past eight years, I’ve designed digital products that solve real user problems. After completing a Master’s degree in Human–Computer Interaction, I began my career as a User Researcher at a chemistry software company, helping build complex applications used by leading pharmaceutical organisations around the world.

Since then, I’ve worked across a broad range of industries, from flight booking and translation software to enterprise platforms and specialised business applications. I’ve worked with early-stage startups and global organisations alike, but the common thread throughout my career has remained the same: simplifying complexity and creating software that improves people’s working and everyday lives.
